My Daddy

Well my daddy is coming home tomorrow! It is such a relief. It has been hard on my family with him gone. I'm still pretty sick and I haven't been able to go to church :(
I really want to see everyone, I guess I will Wednesday, unless we are going to my grandparents because my Dad is home, which we probably will, so therefore I will see everyone on Sunday. Much love.

Christmas Eve

Well, it's actually Christmas Eve! That actually shocks me. This year has gone by so fast. I'm still really really sick. I know that I won't be better by tomorrow and medicine isn't helping me. Me and Lisa, my sister, are about to go to Wal*Mart to get groceries, and I need to find myself some medicine, otherwise I would not be going. I hope everyone has a very merry christmas and they remember what the holiday is REALLY about.

Bummer DAy

Well today was a bummer. I'm so sick. I wasn't feeling too good last night, and I woke up feeling terrible this morning. Just pray that i'm better by Christmas! I doubt I'll feel better to go to church tomorrow night, so MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone! My sister is flying home today from California. College, college, college. I can't wait to see her! Cate

Cate is my niece who will two in March. That is so unbelievable to me. She is a miracle baby. She was born prematurely and was born a drug addict because of her mom. She is now a healthy, happy baby and in a wonderful that loves her more than anything. She is my blood niece, we are just happy that she isn't with her mom.

Getting Started

well i'm brooke. i love life and i love God. my life is BEYOND crazy. my daddy comes home from iraq on december 28th. i'm a sophomore at an amazing school, south haven. i attend a great church, south haven baptist church, and i love our youth group. i'm just taking things one day at a time. i try to to dwell too much on the future and try to focus on now. my momma is such a wonderful person. she does so much for me and my brothers and sister. i have an older brother, brian, he is 35 and has a BEAUTIFUL little girl named Cate, she is one. my sister, lisa, is 28 and she lives in California. lucas, is four. he is just starting out on life. it's amazing how fast he has grown up, he will be five next month!
